The Chronicler’s Disciple

Luther, a young student in one of the paradise cities, doesn’t have a care in the world until a Criterion Gate marks him as a deva, a magic wielder. Given that people with supernatural powers are prone to exploding and destroying everything in sight, he’s hurled into the Preserve, a vast prison in a pristine wilderness that serves as a proving ground for dangerous children. Alone, afraid, dodging roving bandits and ferocious fiends, he stumbles into the path of someone that changes his life forever.

The Chronicler, the only avatar of justice inside the Preserve, is hunting a killer. Someone has murdered the prison’s strongest fighters and may have slain her best friend. She’ll need help to put an end to the threat, and her only option might be a scared child fresh from the outside.

Can the two work together to put an end to the slaughter? Or will they end up like all the others that challenged the Chronicler Killer?

In the Preserve, trust can be fatal.

Scion of a Solar God

Set across several planets, Scion of a Solar God follows Dr. Belmont McKenzie, a MoonU professor and immortal, on the hunt for alien artifacts. Sole survivor of the Nemesis Incident, humanity’s only direct contact with extraterrestrials, Belmont is the perfect choice for this mission, though he still can’t make heads or tails of the Forever Boxes, curious alien time capsules scattered across the solar system.

But he’s not alone in his quest. Martian warbots, Jovan despots, Venusian were-beasts, and enemies from his past stand between him and his prize. Hoping to loosen the moon’s death grip on the solar system, they’ll stop at nothing to assassinate Belmont . . . After he’s served his purpose.

With a slightly psychotic AI doll as his sidekick, Belmont must scour four planets and a couple of moons before his enemies catch up. And what he’ll find at the end of his hunt will change everything. Or doom all of existence.

He should have stayed in the library.

The Trident Saga

The Braga Fiefdom rests far to the north of the State of Anaxon, in the shadow of the towering Sword Wall with its impassable peaks. Life is hard for the peasants there but the Knights keep them safe, the Reapers keep them fed, and the Engineers keep the raging rivers from flooding their homes. All for a price.

Paruna was born of two worlds. Her mother, a farmer in the fiefdom, works hard and asks for nothing beyond her due. Her father, a powerful warrior from a defeated people, fled from arrest on the night of Paruna’s birth. The child of two races would suffer persecution, maybe even death, if her mother hadn’t gone to extraordinary lengths to hide her parentage.

But all that ends when Paruna is marked as a tempestus, someone who can manipulate the weather. To hone her powers, the overlords decide to enroll her in the Anaxon High Academy, far from the only home she’s ever known. With her rare gift, every eye will be trained on her. How long can her secret stay hidden among her astute instructors and ruthless classmates? At Anaxon High, survival is the highest grade.

Midnight Priest

A great evil is unleashed in Upstate New York. Only a powerful priest can stop it. Unfortunately, the cleric who answers the call just so happens to be a vampire.

Carlos Sangre, with his fangs and feral shadow, travels to Coopersville to face the growing darkness. His only ally is Father Phillip, a new priest who spends more time drinking than praying. He isn’t at all happy about having a vampire in his parish. But it’s better than being Carlos’ supper.

Together, the two priests must put a stop to a great evil before it consumes the entire eastern seaboard.

There’s a long time until dawn. Thank god for the Midnight Priest.
